When you purchase a subscription, we may receive billing contact details, subscription status, payment confirmations, and transaction or invoice references from our payment provider to manage your account and resolve billing questions.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, store and sync content, provide support, maintain security, communicate with you, and improve the reliability and functionality of ActionDrivenNote.

We may also use information to investigate abuse, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and develop new features.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, and operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or acquisition.

For payments processed through Stripe, payment information is handled by Stripe under its Privacy Policy.

If you authorize an AI client through MCP, that client can access workspace information within the permissions you approve. Read-and-write access also allows it to create or change content. Information received by that client is subject to its provider’s privacy practices. Review those practices before connecting a client.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary course of providing the service.

4. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and how it is used.

5. Your Choices

You may choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not work without it. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

ActionDrivenNote is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, app, or other appropriate channels. The updated version will take effect on the date posted above.
